Dear Friends.
I hope you have had a great summer and the beginning of Autumn. I've been busy with music stuff every day and having so much fun doing it. Here is an update of recent music activities.
Advent of the Symphonina
“Advent of the Symphonina” is now out on Streaming, Radio, with CDs and Downloads available.
It's been a long journey and hard work making this collaborative album. I couldn't be more proud of the outcome.
I'd like to invite you to learn more about our new album including the composers (Alexander Unseth, Jordan Jinosko, David Fogel and me), four amazing orchestras, and the Symphonina Foundation whose mission is “Spreading the Joy of Symphonic Music to Young Audiences Around the World.” And much more. “Advent of the Symphonina” charted #1 on Billboard's Traditional Classical Albums. This is a pretty cool accomplishment for our team. Thanks for all who purchased CDs or downloads to help make this happen. You Rock!
Global Recognition
“Advent of the Symphonina” is being recognized internationally with with several awards and nominations.
Grammy®
We have submitted “Advent of the Symphonina” for Grammy® consideration.
There are two minimum requirements for wining a Grammy®. First you have to make great music. Second you have to get the most votes in your category from Grammy voters.
The first round voting was from October 4 - 15, This will narrow the field in our category from around 95 submissions to 5 nominations. Then these 5 will go to the final round of voting in December. Keep your fingers crossed as first round nominations will be announced November 8. The final Grammy® awards event will be on February 2, 2025.
